Overview

What you are setting up as a reseller, and the order it has to happen in.

You sell an AI phone agent to restaurants under your own brand, on your own domain, at your own prices. Happy Voice runs the platform underneath; your clients never see it.

What that means in practice

  • Your restaurants log in at your domain and see your name, logo and colours.
  • You set what they pay, and you collect it.
  • You bring your own Twilio and AI credentials, so the phone numbers and the AI usage sit in your accounts.
  • Happy Voice bills you for the platform.

The three tiers

Happy Voice (the platform)
     │ bills you for a plan + per-restaurant overage
     ▼
Your business (you)
│ bills each restaurant whatever you decide
     ▼
Restaurants (your clients)

Setup, in order

The seven onboarding steps are gated: each unlocks the next, because a later step genuinely cannot work without the earlier one. Full detail in Onboarding.

Welcome — nothing to do.
Brand — your name, support email and primary colour.
Plan — subscribe to a Happy Voice platform plan.
AI key — your xAI (Grok) API key.
Telephony — your Twilio Account SID and Auth Token.
Payments — connect Stripe and publish a plan for your restaurants.
Domain — your subdomain, and any custom domains.

You can leave and come back. Onboarding resumes at the furthest step you've unlocked, and your progress is stored server-side — not in the browser.
